I have problem with my order for FTF models from UK.
Do you know Andy, and can you help me ?

I have made an order in juni, for about 150 euros. I have never received any models, and when I ask Andy what is about this order and ask him for tracking number, he does not answer.
It is very difficult for me, and on french forum I see that I am not alone in this situation, in France and in Belgie.
I dont know how it is in Nederland...
If you know how I can do, please say it to me !

I do not think we are in a position to tell you the status of the order and do not know why Andy is not responding.

This Andy is a cheater , a few years ago ordered some models , never received , never get my money back

If you or Luc have some problems with Andy, i suppose you contact him or try to contact him on Farmtoysforum.com, i do think Farmerforum is not the right place to complain about a order you placed on the Farmtoysforum or his owner.

Daar heb je een punt maar het mag toch als waarschuwing voor anderen die hier meelezen ipv daar ?

Om te bestellen moet je toch echt op FTF zijn, dan lijkt het mij ook dat je daar je beklag doet.
Aangezien wij geen partij in deze zijn en ook niet kunnen bemiddelen sluit ik dit topic.

To order you have to be on FTF, it seems logical to me to complain at FTF en not on Farmerforum.
Because we are not involved in the order or delivery of these models and we are not able to mediate i'm closing this thread.
